Delivery is generally made to the first floor receiving room of your school during school hours. You do not need to be present at the school for the delivery. An envelope marked "Packing List" is taped onto one of the boxes and contains a listing of the gifts in your shipment. This envelope also contains pre priced table pricing labels and some suggested time saving tips on how to unpack your gifts.
| Alert School Officials- It is generally best not to surprise school officials with unexpected boxes arriving at the school. We suggest you write a note to the principal or school secretary or custodian that the boxes for the project will arrive 2 to 5 school days before the start of your shop. Almost all deliveries are made by our company drivers who will announce themselves to the school office secretary and ask for directions.

When Shop has ended- Please count the remaining gifts that have not sold. There is a column on the "Price/Pack" sheets for returns. Be sure to count any gifts that were broken as returned to give your self credit. Please return all unused bags, boxes, money envelopes etc.
| Phone Us When Finished- Please phone us when your shop is completed. We will then place your school on the schedule for pickup of the returning gifts. We ask that you read the counts of the returning gifts to us over the phone. This only takes a few minutes. If you prefer you may fax the counts to us!
